Reservations:
A $225 non-refundable fee covers the cost of the clinic, two lunches,
and drinks for the two-days.
Reservations
for both the Desensitization Clinic and the Bed & Barn are on a
first-come/first-serve basis. Like all horse clinics, reservations
are not final until full payment is made AND are non-refundable (so make
sure you are ready, willing, and able before sending your money in!). The
Bed & Barn reservations invoke a 2-week cancellation policy – you will be
charged one-night’s stay to hold your reservation. There is a $10 charge to
change the B&B reservation prior to the 2-wk. cancellation time-line.

there is room in the clinic, then make check payable to Grasslands
Meadows, Inc. and send to 1081 County Rd .2461, Alvord, TX 76225.
You may also charge the clinic fee on Visa or MasterCard. The session
sizes are limited (no more than 13 participants) providing safer space in
which to work, more practice-time with obstacles and plenty of individual
“instructor time”.
Once
reservations have been solidified for all attendees, a confirmation will be
sent/emailed to you which will include directions and any other specific
details needed.
Please note that you will
be required to sign a legal waiver essentially waiving all your rights in
order to participate in the clinic. Be aware of that before making
reservations.
If
there are any questions that come to mind that I may not have covered,
please call me for clarification before making your reservation. If you are
not able to attend this clinic, but are interested in a future clinic,
please call to get on the list. Clinics are usually held each spring and
